Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you will be bound by them.  A contract between you and Aaranmore will come into existence upon the date upon which you book a room with us.

 

Check-in / Check-out

 

Our standard check-in times are between 16:00 - 19:00.  If you wish to arrive before 16:00, we will do our best to arrange for your room to be ready or hold your luggage until your room is ready.  If you are likely to arrive after 19:00, you will be able to use our key-safe facility.  Please ask us for details.  Our latest check-out time is 11:00.

 

Bookings

 

Rooms may be reserved online with a valid credit or debit card.  Full payment is due on arrival or become payable to us in accordance with our “Cancellations” policy (see below).  Payment on arrival can be made by credit/debit card or cash.

Children over the age of 12 are welcome.  We do not accept infants or children under 12.  Regrettably no pets are allowed.

​

Each of our rooms has a maximum occupancy of 2 persons.

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations must be made by email (aaranmorelodge@gmail.com) or telephone (+44 (0) 7426820466) at least 7 days prior to your planned arrival date to receive a refund of any payment previously made.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your due date of arrival or fail to arrive at the B&B ('no show'), we will charge your card with 100% of the value of your booking.

 

Bad weather policy

In the event of bad weather conditions, Aaranmore will fully apply our cancellation policy, as above.

​

Prices

​

Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include breakfast, parking and taxes.  Room rates are subject to change.  Prices are quoted inclusive of any VAT payable.

Special Offers

​

Special offers are subject to availability and only valid at time of booking.  Bookings must be made on the Aaranmore website or by calling the B&B.  Existing bookings and 3rd party bookings are not eligible for special offers or rates and offers cannot be combined.  No exceptions will be made.

Parking

​

We provide complimentary parking permits to guests, strictly subject to availability.  Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners' risk.

​

Damage

​

We reserve the right to make a charge of up to £250 for any damage caused to a room by a guest, including damage caused by a spillage or vomiting sickness.

​

Smoking

​

Aaranmore is a strictly non-smoking establishment.  Should you smoke in your room, our state-of-the-art fire system will trigger and we will charge a housekeeping fee of £100 to your card.

​

Termination Policy

​

Aaranmore reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate without notice an individual’s stay at Aaranmore where deemed necessary.
